Last Saturday evening, the 2025 DCHS football program came together for a heartwarming celebration at the Smithville First Baptist Church Life Enrichment Center. At the forefront of the celebration was Tiger Senior Quarterback and Wide Receiver Jon Hendrix, who received the prestigious Most Valuable Player (MVP) award. Former Head Coach Steve Trapp praised Hendrix, stating, “This is a man who played a lot of football for DeKalb County.
